»FIT for ART, Art and Wellness Tour« by Katz & Metz.

Participants will be taken on a wellness journey that prepares the mind and body for a profound consumption of art, combining the perception of art with a physical and spiritual effort.

»FIT for ART« is a continuation of Katz & Metz endeavor titled »Yoga for Artists« created in 2010. Participants should wear: clothes that are suitable for movement, shoes that are suitable for running.
